I’m a valleys’ boy and lover of all things creative. I’m currently plotting my escape route from my non-creative job, after forty years.

They used to say pop music is a phase you go through when you are young. But I haven’t grown out of it. I think youth might have been a phase pop music went through. I love listening to it, reading about it, blogging about it and taking photographs of it.

I’m a lifelong trade unionist and community activist. I’m looking forward to opportunities to get my teeth into doing something creative within the community and encouraging communities to do things creative.

I might have finally decided what I want to do when I grow up.
