Debbie is the CEO of Cardiff Women’s Aid and a practicing play therapist. The whole of her working life has been promoting human rights and fighting against inequality.  Debbie’s training was in Theatre and Media for Development and this has thread into her career through participatory films and theatre with marginalised groups and individuals, both in the UK and abroad. Debbie is excited to be the trustee of such a great organisation who is aligned with her values and is doing such fantastic work through the arts.
