Emma is the Development Manager in Wales for YHA (Youth Hostel Association) and lives in Splott, Cardiff.

Emma has worked as a UK Portfolio Manager at the National Lottery Community Fund; led Age Cymru’s creative programmes, the Gwanwyn Festival and cARTefu  – arts in care homes project; worked as a Tour Manager at Hijinx Theatre and as a volunteer / performer with community group Odyssey Theatre.

She is interested in performance and people and what happens when the two come together.

Originally from Lincolnshire, Emma moved to Wales to study Performance (taught by the much missed Professor Mike Pearson), fell in love with Wales and never left.
