Casting Call

Paid performer call out. Please help us spread the word to your networks! Our new show will explore how fears about safety and belonging are being manipulated by the far-right. How are birth, death and gender being weaponised to whip up moral panics that lead to hate and nationalism? How would the picture be different if we told our stories from the ground up? Our new piece will see us working together to resist division and challenge harmful media narratives. Are you someone whose work relates to birth, death or gender in some way? Do you feel your experiences are being weaponised by the media?  

You do not need to have ever performed before, most of our shows are performed by people doing it for the first time. You will be curious and up for trying something new. We’re in the exciting early stages, so you will be part of a team making content and trying out ideas together. The show won’t be in a traditional theatre space and will work with music, sound and visual design to create a memorable experience for the audience. 

£15 an hour. You must have good availability 28th September – 10th October 2026. We expect you’ll work 20-35 hours each week depending on your commitments. We aim to be flexible around childcare or work commitments.
