Performance Collective

We are starting the year in Bradford by welcoming our new Performance Collective, made up of 9 local working class people aged 17-30 who will train as performers, co-creators and facilitators. So far, their training has involved how to lead and plan workshops for community groups, how we create campaigns, an introduction to movement, devised theatre and some British Sign Language.

They have taken part in a R&D for an exciting new show that we will be developing all year, and have also been learning about Common Wealth’s practice through exploring previous shows and projects.
