Hello! I’m Yas, a member of Common Wealth’s Performance Collective. In my past creative roles, I have focused on producing live art and theatrical experiences in site-specific and non-traditional spaces. This has included creating installations, as well as scenic painting!
I’m SO excited about joining the Performance Collective! I’m excited about the opportunity to collaborate with communities and creatives who share a passion for original, thought-provoking & socially impactful work. I’m also looking forward to contributing my skills and experiences in creating theatre that resonates with underrepresented communities.

Hi, I’m Sarah. I’m a Bradford girl born and bred! I’ve been involved in the arts from a young age and reconnected with acting and writing poetry in recent years.
Being vocal around politics has always been important to me – especially the effect it has on the working class and marginalised communities.
As a teenager, I always wanted to create performances that would create an impact and invoke change. I’m so excited to be a part of a collective who will do exactly that!
