I’m Nabeel. A Bradford boy through and through. I have no creative background nor any kind of formal education in the arts. I am, however, extremely passionate about storytelling regardless of the medium, so I am very excited to come in as a blank canvas and learn as much as I can about theatre making, especially non-traditional forms of theatre that push the boundaries within the field. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to absorb as much I can from the brilliantly talented members at Common Wealth, including my amazing colleagues in the Performance Collective, as well as all the wonderful collaborators within the industry who we’re lucky enough to work with. What really excites me about joining the Performance collective is how Common Wealth does not shy away from politics and social commentary!
